Qualitative and system use data from the evaluation of a digital feedback collection tool for use by voluntary sector care organisations

The data comprises a set of semi-structured interviews with study participants, staff of a collaborating charity care service organisation. Each was recorded at the premises of the organisation following the designing of a digital feedback capturing system (ThoughtCloud). The interviews were conducted after a short field trial of the system to assess its efficacy as a feedback gathering tool. The data was recorded using a voice recorder, transcribed and anonymised.
