The file CDM_NVC.zip contains R scripts and input data for
National-scale prediction of plant communities using community distribution models 

subset_analyses.R performs RF, GLM, SVM, MaxLike and MaxEnt predictions predictions for 22 NVC communities
Supplementary.Rmd is in Rmarkdown format to create Supplementary Information (Word, pdf or HTML)
DATA\GIS_data\Communities\cropped folder contains .shp (NVC occurrences) whilst the DATA\Rasters10k
folder contains .RDS format raster files to be imported via readRDS (predictors). Running subset_analyses.R
will save intermediate and final output predictions in the DATA\RDS folder. Running Supplementary.Rmd will
create the Supplementary Information, and also .PNG format files with maps of each community, to be
stored in the Figures folder.
