The typical recorded data are Volumetric Water content (%), Soil temperature (°C), Electrical conductivity (dS/m) and negative water potential (kPa). The old sensor types (EC-TM and MPS-1) were discontinued gradually and replaced by the new sensor types (5TE and MPS-2).
