The file SDM_NVC.zip contains R scripts and input data for
National-scale prediction of plant communities using species distribution models 

subset_analyses.R performs RF, GLM, SVM, MaxLike and MaxEnt SDM predictions for 30 NVC communities
Supplementary.Rmd is in Rmarkdown format to create Supplementary Information (Word, pdf or HTML)
DATA contains .shp (NVC occurrences) and .tif files (predictors)

NSRI soil data and CEH Land Cover Map not included due to licensing restrictions.
