READ ME This folder contains data presented in the paper: Coconut husk biochar amendment enhances nutrient retention by suppressing nitrification in agricultural soil following anaerobic digestate application ======================== Introductory information ======================== Files included in the data deposit (include a short description of what data are contained): 1) OTU table derived from 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences (by commercial analysis at Northumbria University) 2) Matlab scripts for the interpretation of the OTU tables 3) Excel files with input data for the Matlab scripts to assign barcodes to samples and group data according to factors Explain the relationship between multiple data sets, if required: The folder contains the data and Matlab scripts to generate the PCA and cluster analysis plots in the referenced paper.
