READ ME This text describes the data presented in the paper: ======================== Introductory information ======================== Files included in the data deposit (include a short description of what data are contained): 1)Inputs: light stimulation patterns 2)Outputs: Optogenetic network behaviours Explain the relationship between multiple data sets, if required: The 1) as the input send to the processor, and the developed processor will generates results 2). Key words used to describe the data: Light patterns, optogenetics network patterns, actional potentials, firing rates ========================== Methodological information ========================== A brief method description – what the data is, how and why it was collected or created, and how it was processed: The data is the optogenetic neural network behaviours which is simulated by developed processor. the corresponding system parameters are presented in the paper. The processor receives inputs and computes the output in real-time. The architecture of the processor is discussed in details in the paper. Bascally, the user has to convert input patterns into binary-type for processor to store in VHDL file. The neural model parameters can be modified by using custom-writtern Matlab file, and all the required parameter will be automactally translated into Binary format. The output pins is defined in the .ucl file, and the data can be real-time recorded.
