READ ME This text describes the data presented in the paper: Crystal structure and surface characteristics of Sr-doped GdBaCo2O6-d double perovskites: oxygen evolution reaction and conductivity ======================== Introductory information ======================== Files included in the data deposit (include a short description of what data are contained): 1) X-ray diffraction (XRD) data 2) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) data 3) Low energy ion spectroscopy (LEIS) data - integration Explain the relationship between multiple data sets, if required: - Key words used to describe the data: diffraction, spectroscopy ========================== Methodological information ========================== A brief method description – what the data is, how and why it was collected or created, and how it was processed: Instruments, hardware and software used: 1) XRD - PANalytical X'Pert Pro MPD using Cu Ka radiation with a step size of 0.016 deg and counting time of 0.8 s per step 2) XPS - Thermo Scientific K-Alpha+ with Al Ka radiation. 20 and 15 eV pass energy was used for the core level and valence band spectra, respectively. 3) LEIS - Qtac100 with 5 keV Ne+ primary beam and 0.25 keV Ar+ sputter beam.
