Gene sequencing and quantification data, see analytical method description in the paper.


Instruments, hardware and software used: 
PCR reactions were conducted using the FastStart High Fidelity PCR System and the PCR Nucleotide Mix (Roche Diagnostics GmbH)
Sequencing was carried out with an Ion Torrent Personal Genome Machine (PGM) System (Life Technology) at Newcastle University

01/01/2014 - 31/12/2016

Sequencing raw data has been deposited, see method statement in the paper for the data processing.
For the qPCR data, serial dilutions were run, and only the 100 times dilution data is deposited, because lesser dilutions
showed PCR inhibition
