Physiology at Newcastle University

Posted on 25.11.2022 - 08:54 authored by Harley Stevenson-Cocks

This is a collection of research-related education, outreach and engagement activities undertaken by Newcastle University students and staff. It comprises three parts:

1) Physiology Friday 2021 - this repository includes photos, videos and other media from our Physiology Friday research-based activities in 2021. Physiology Friday is an annual celebration of the subject of physiology - click through for more information!

2) What is Physiology? Interviews - inspired by some of our Physiology Friday activities, here we host recorded interviews/discussions from external research visitors, academic scientists at Newcastle University and science and other Newcastle students about their thoughts on the question "What is Physiology?".

3) Physiology Public Lectures - here we will be sharing recordings of public lectures/seminars given by visiting researchers for dissemination with the wider community (research and public).

Each of the above repositories has its own description, explaining the content in further detail. We recommend 'thumbnail view' to more clearly see the contents of each repository - and to check back periodically as we hope to expand the content over time!
