ISW Float Motion Model

Code to implement Float Motion Model described in "Interactions between Internal Solitary Waves and Sea Ice" Takes an input of horizontal (1-D) velocity through time (x, t) and particle properties and outputs the path of the particle. Code is provided to use data in the DigiFlow Image (timeseries based on PIV data) data format, DJL solutions (from the DJLES package) and SPINS numerical model data, but can easily be adapted for other data sources.
