Dissolved CO2 Sensing Raspberry Pi Libraries & Code.

This item contains the code and libraries for the transmission of data from Arduino to Raspberry Pi, and the display of live data on the Raspberry Pi, supplementary to the MPhil thesis 'Development of an Open-Source Sensing System for the Measurement of Dissolved CO₂ Throughout a Microalgal Photobioreactor'. The index file provides the html code for running the live graph, whereas the 4sensorindex file provides a variation of this to be used when 4 sensors are connected. The sensor serial python files allow connection between the serial data from an Arduino, and save this data as csv files. These csv files are then read by the html page and displayed live.
