NHS Ethics approved participant/patient information sheets ('PIS'). Several version included. Two versions are for parents, of which v2 the original universal pathway PIS and v2.3 with slight modifications for the specialist pathway, where the modifications were made based on parent feedback to enhance a sense of inclusion and eligibility.
