Map of Cumbrian Coastal system that forms part of the Hadrian’s Wall frontier zone along the western coast of the UK. Black and white, no labels. The map including features of the wall itself (curtain wall, wall ditch and vallum) alongside position of major forts, milefortlets, towers and road system. Map was created using shapefiles produced as part of Hadrian’s Wall Community Archaeology Project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund (Garland 2020a, 2020b, 2020c). All other elements visible on the map (rivers, DTM created using 50m contours) were created using Ordnance Survey OpenData. Map was created using ArcGIS ArcMap 10.5 in OSG36 (EPSG:27700) co-ordinate system.
