Double rater instructions

Instructions for double raters to calculate inter rater reliability for partipant transcripts. Raters are asked to count the number of reflective statements and the number of action based statements. These scores are compared to the primary rater's and other raters scores to determine inter-rater reliability. This process helps to identify the demonstration of meta-competencies.
