A. Njeri et al. 2024 – Set of Figures Showing Radio Maps for All Targets

figure
posted on 2024-11-07, 16:31 authored by Christopher HarrisonChristopher Harrison, Ann NjeriAnn Njeri

This data release is part of the Quasar Feedback Survey (introduced in Jarvis et al. 2021, MNRAS, 503, 1780). It is a multi-wavelength survey of 42, nearby quasars (redshift z<0.1). This particular data release contains data from the e-MERLIN radio observations at 6GHz taken of these objects.

This dataset contains a set of figures (png) files. There are 42 png files, with one figure corresponding to each of the 42 astronomical objects (quasars) studied in the publication. These are equivalent to Figure 2 in the primary publication, but for all objects. For each object three different e-MERLIN maps are shown in the figures, for the three different weighting schemes used to produce the map. Additionally, the 'Very Large Array' images, of the same targets (from Jarvis et al. 2021, MNRAS, 503, 1780) are shown for comparison.

Also included in the .zip is a separate README file which provides the figure captions for each of the figures.

The radio map files, used to produced these figures, can be accessed at the following:

  2. A. Njeri et al. 2024 – Tapered e-MERLIN C-band maps.
