Single-cell analysed data

This folder contains the following files and datasets:

Flow Cytometry Data

• Individual FCS files - Raw data files obtained following segmentation
• Analysis file (pre-transformation) - Data analysis file before transformation, compatible with FCS Express
• Analysis file (post-transformation) - Data analysis file after transformation, compatible with FCS Express
• DNS format files - Processed files analyzed following data transformation

Statistical Analysis and Figures

• Manuscript figures - All figures from the manuscript in GraphPad Prism format, accessible with Numbers, including statistical test results

Data Extraction and Spatial Analysis

• Cluster percentages - Excel file containing individual cluster percentages extracted from the analysis file
• Spatial neighborhood data - Excel file with all data used as starting point for spatial neighborhood map generation
• Spatial interaction maps - ZIP archive containing heatmaps showing spatial interactions between individual clusters
