This data includes the qPCR results for the five members of the synthetic community (S. gordonii DL1; S. mutans UA159; A. oris MG1; N. subflava DSM17610; and V. parvula DSM2008) as measured in the bulk and biofilms sampled from the CDC biofilm bioreactors.
