posted on 2018-01-01, 00:00 authored by E Brunton, C Silveira, K Nazarpour
Bipolar recordings from the dorsal root of the rat, in response to stimulation using a multichannel cuff electrode at the sciatic nerve. Temporally-patterned pairs of electrical stimuli were delivered through 120 combinations of electrode pairs on a nerve cuff place around the sciatic. The data files include two channels recording from the L4 dorsal root, 1 channel recording EMG from the tibialis anterior muscle, and one channel recording a syynchronisation pulses that indicates when a stimulus was applied. The file names include information about the stimulus that was applied in each case.
