Questionnaire data files for study of interim Foundation Year 1 (FiY1) doctors transition to practice in 2000

<p>Files included are:</p><p>Data files (csv format) for the two phases of questionnaire data collected in 2020 as part of an examination of new doctors' experiences of the FiY1 initiative. </p><p>Excel spreadsheet providing key to all fields. </p><p>Pdfs of original questionnaire wording.</p><p><br></p><p>Data has been cleaned of all potentially identifying fields, including geographical indicators other than UK or non-UK medical school. Respondent code q.id allows linking of longitudinal responses, but is a one-time randomised ID with no external key.</p><p>Scale items have been reversed where appropriate, and derived scale scores are included which may include some proration (calculation from mean) where there are few missing items per case.</p>
