PriDem WS2.2 case study sites observation data

In PriDem Workstream (WS) 2.2, we explored six sites in detail which were either based in, or had strong links to, primary care and reflected the diversity of post-diagnostic dementia care identified in WS2.1.

This dataset comprises fieldnotes from observation at the six selected case study sites.

Data from professionals and service user interviews are provided in separate datasets.
