PriDem WS2.2 case study sites observation data

<div>In PriDem Workstream (WS) 2.2, we explored six sites in detail which were either based in, or had strong links to, primary care and reflected the diversity of post-diagnostic dementia care identified in WS2.1. <br></div><div><br></div>This dataset comprises fieldnotes from observation at the six selected case study sites. <div><br></div><div>Data from professionals and service user interviews are provided in separate datasets.</div>
