Parkinson’s disease neurons exhibit alterations in mitochondrial quality control proteins

The attached files comprise the original dataset and results supporting the recently published findings in npj Parkinson's Disease. These files contain the initial protein abundance intensity data from two sets of experiments – one involving antigen retrieval with EDTA and the other with Sodium Citrate – which were used to generate the figures and results presented in the publication. Additionally, the files include detailed output from Bayesian Estimation modeling we have conducted in the work. Furthermore, the immunofluorescent assay was employed to test the signaling antibodies before the IMC experiments. Images from these tests are also provided.
