Microbial Time Series in an Engineered System

Here data from a two year time series of weekly samples collected from a full scale, nitrifying activated sludge system are collated. It includes generic wastewater chemistry and plant operational conditions, 16s sequencing and total bacterial, ammonia oxidising bacterial and virus abundances.<div><br></div><div>Link to 16s sequencing data can be found in the readme file.</div><p></p>
