Inflammatory cytokine ELISAs

The file includes ELISA results from a study where moDCs were cultured with NaOH-treated chitosan-genipin hydrogels. Untreated and LPS-treated moDCs served as the negative and positive controls, respectively. Cytokines measured include IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-1 beta and IL-6.
