Gel contraction data in presence of cells and supplemented media

Measurements of collagen gel area containing stromal cells and presence or absence of secondary gel formed from peptide amphiphile. Gel area reduces in persence of serum supplemented media directed by cell contraction. Gel area is less reduced in presence of secondary peptide amphiphile gel due to less cell contartcion
