Fluorescence degradation results for gels formed with 0.5% w/v genipin
Chitosan-genipin hydrogels formed with 0.5% w/v genipin were treated PBS solution 0.5 mg/ml of lysozyme. Degradation was monitored by measuring fluorescence intensity.
