Diamond Micro-milling of Lithium Niobate for Sensing applications

Data include: machining parameter set data, machined surface topography data, surface roughness measurement data, cutting force data. Surface topography data were collected by SEM – data were not post-processed; surface roughness data were collected using surface profilometer, Raw cutting forces were collected using Kistler dynamometer and post-processed using ANOVA tool in Minitab package. All these data were used to analyse micro-machinability of Lithium Niobate.
