Designs and Transcriptions of Interviews, Design Sprint and Workshops for the Ideation Stage of a Digital Service Directory for North East Domestic Violence Services

The data in this record is rich, qualitative discussions around the designs of a digital public service directory that took place between January and July 2018. This contains 10 anonymised interviews from domestic violence service providers (ranging from 40 - 85 minutes) in the North East of England on the topic of their job role, the incorporation of digital technologies within their services and approaches to multi-agency working. Particular details have been removed to protect anonymity of participants. Also included within this work are sketches, digital designs and observatory notes of a design sprint between service providers for a design sprint (5 x 3.5 hour working days) and a design workshop (135 minutes).
