Data supporting publication: Bayesian inference for a spatio-temporal model of road traffic collision data

<p>In summary, this data contains:</p> <ul> <li>1 readme (.txt)</li> <li>2 data files (.csv)</li> <li>2 R scripts (.R)</li> </ul> <p>We include a readme file which outlines to the reader the contents of the files contained herein.</p> <p>There are 2 .csv files. One which includes the simulated collision rates across northern Florida (https://doi.org/10.25405/data.ncl.24107016) and another that includes their corresponding longitude and latitude coordinates (https://doi.org/10.25405/data.ncl.24107019).</p> <p>There are 2 .R files.</p> <ul> <li>DLMSingleZone_git.R Includes the code to reproduce the single zone analysis.</li> <li>DLM_GP_git.R includes the code for the joint zone analysis.</li> </ul> <p>If a reader encounters any problems or has any questions about this dataset, they are encouraged to contact the lead author.</p> <p>Article DOI: 10.48550/arXiv.2302.00342</p>
