Data and code for "<b>Perceptual learning of fine contrast discrimination under non-roving, roving-without-flanker and roving-with-flanker conditions and its relation to neuronal activity</b><b> in macaque V1</b>"

<p>Perceptual learning V1 data set and code.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Data were collected in relation to a contrast perceptual learning task. Original raw data were recorded as 'Neuralynx' and 'Cortex' files.</p> <p>Behavioural and neuron (spiking) data were extracted from these, and stored in *.mat files using custom made MATLAB routines.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The data files (*.mat) should be analysed with the associated MATLAB files (*.m), which will read them and replot the figures in the paper.</p>
