Male C57BL/6 mice were treated with vehicle or AZD1656 (A,E) at the doses indicated 2h before an oral glucose tolerance test or with PF-04991532 (B,F) 1h before the oral glucose tolerance test. C,G. Changes in blood glucose (C) and insulin (G) after treatment with AZD1656 or PF-04991532 before glucose gavage. D. Blood glucose, area under the curve. H. Plasma insulin, area under the curve. I.
