<p dir="ltr">This data represents the bulk measurements (OD<sub>600nm</sub>; substrate concentration; pH) for the experiments performed in the CDC biofilm bioreactors. All the experiments included the synthetic community formed by <i>S. gordonii </i>DL1; <i>S. mutans</i><i> </i>UA159; <i>A. oris</i><i> </i>MG1; <i>N. subflava</i> DSM17610; and <i>V. parvula</i><i> </i>DSM2008.</p>
