This data represents the bulk measurements (OD600nm; substrate concentration; pH) for the experiments performed in the CDC biofilm bioreactors. All the experiments included the synthetic community formed by S. gordonii DL1; S. mutans UA159; A. oris MG1; N. subflava DSM17610; and V. parvula DSM2008.
