This record provides the data and data analysis of an eco-evolutionary seascape model for a remote Pacific coral reef archipelago, the Republic of Palau. Extending on previous modelling work (ReefMod-GBR_v6.8), this model, ReefMod-PALAU_v1.1, combines coral demography, thermal biology, evolutionary biology, ecology, and metapopulation connectivity for thermally sensitive corymbose Acropora corals. This study explores the sensitivity of coral population trajectories to evolutionary, climatological, and ecological assumptions.

Access the scripts of ReefMod-PALAU_v1.1, used to analyse the data in this record.
