This record holds the MATLAB code to run the eco-evolutionary seascape model for the Republic of Palau. Extending on previous modelling work (ReefMod-GBR v6.8), this model, ReefMod-PALAU_v1.1, combines coral demography, thermal biology, evolutionary biology, ecology, and metapopulation connectivity for thermally sensitive corymbose Acropora corals. This study explores the sensitivity of coral population trajectories to evolutionary, climatological, and ecological assumptions.

Access the data analysed with the code in this record and the subsequent outputs.
